The Oman Rugby Committee

The Oman Rugby Committee (ORC) has been appointed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth of Oman, to be the governing body for all forms of rugby within Oman. The ORC is recognised as the governing body by both the Oman Olympic Committee and Asia Rugby, the regional body for World Rugby.

The ORC became an Associate Member of Asia Rugby in December 2021 and became a full member with the Federation of International Touch (FIT) in February 2024.

The ORC is responsible for the National team as well as all forms of organised rugby (both social and competitive). The purpose of the ORC is to encourage rugby, and its values, to flourish across the Sultanate.
